I treat individuals experiencing anxiety and depression about various subjects such as interpersonal relationships, dating and sexuality concerns, and professional concerns, among others. I also counsel couples who are in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, and welcome members of the LGBTQ communities.

Patients who report a history of worry, sadness, or relationship stress, and those who are having difficulty performing at work are taught simple solutions to dramatically alleviate their symptoms, while enhancing self-awareness and personal growth.
I practice a type of therapy called Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), the most effective form of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and when appropriate, I incorporate Mindfulness principles. When working with couples, I also incorporate Imago Therapy exercises to steer our work to the areas in which couples are most in need of guidance.
